SMU Mental Health Week (MHW) 2025 brings the SMU community together in a spirit of care and resilience.
Themed “Empowered to Thrive, Strength in Every Step,” the event draws inspiration from a board game that explores the six dimensions of the SMU Resilience Framework – physical, intellectual, social, emotional, financial, and career – reinforcing that mental health is a shared responsibility and the foundation of a thriving community.
